Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr Manager, Media Strategy in the United States to drive day-to-day planning, insights, and client service for top relationships. You will lead cross-channel campaigns, coordinate with activation and data teams, and present high-impact analyses to senior clients.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, AI-assisted research, and opportunities to grow engagements within a fast-evolving, global agency network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in media planning or client service within complex orgs.
• Experience in B2B or lead generation is required.
• Proven ability to tell data-driven stories and insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-channel campaign planning and deliver holistic, full-funnel recommendations.
• Oversee campaign logistics and flawless execution.
• Lead daily/weekly client interactions and share performance details.
• Coordinate with Activation, Investment and Data & Measurement teams on optimizations.
• Analyze data, craft insights and make recommendations internally and externally.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, planning and reporting.
• Develop new ways to optimize client and business workflows.
• Promote Monks services and grow engagements in a consultative way.
• Package learnings into case studies, best practices and client POVs.
