Job summary

PBF Energy's Toledo Refining Company seeks a Senior Superintendent, Inspection to lead fixed equipment integrity programs, overseeing about 8 inspectors and contractors. You will drive RBI, regulatory compliance, and ongoing improvements to ensure safe operations.

You will lead major and minor turnaround inspections, coordinate ASME quality controls, and mentor inspectors to maintain high technical standards and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of NBIC, API codes and safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating inspection activities and turnaround events.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for fixed equipment mechanical integrity programs.
• Oversee RBI and IWR processes to identify and correct deficiencies.
• Lead inspection activities during major and minor turnarounds.
• Coordinate ASME code quality control and vessel fabrication.
• Mentor inspectors and ensure QA/QC in repairs.
