Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Senior professional to lead Mechanical Integrity and RBI program revalidations across global petrochemical sites. Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in mechanical engineering or inspection in refining, petrochemical, or chemical process industries with a focus on stationary equipment.
• API 510/570/580 certifications are preferred but not required.
• Experience managing an inspection program and leading related activities.

Responsibilities

• Review site mechanical integrity programs to identify gaps and align with corporate best practices.
• Lead audits for Stationary Equipment Global Asset Integrity Standard (GAIS) in OE Audits.
• Provide technical leadership for inspection, maintenance, and turnaround activities at manufacturing sites.
• Serve as SME and GAIT focal point for Turnarounds, including on-site peer reviews.
• Mentor and train in SME areas to develop the organization and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain preferred practices and guidelines for inspection programs.
