Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing/logistics/supply chain or related field.
• Experience with production planning, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle preferred; Lean and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Shipping, Receiving, and Production Planning functions and align with plant goals.
• Lead, develop, and engage teams while fostering safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics to ensure efficient material flow and on-time shipments.
• Direct production planning and scheduling to balance demand, capacity, materials, and inventory objectives.
• Partner with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Sales, and other functions to address shortages and operational challenges.
• Drive inventory accuracy and PFEP management; lead transportation and freight activities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, service, schedule attainment, inventory, and performance.
• Utilize Oracle and data to identify trends and drive process improvements and Lean initiatives.
