Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services partners with an established manufacturing organization in Duval County, Florida, seeking an experienced Materials Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control and material flow in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership, strong PFEP experience, a Lean/CI mindset, and deep ERP/MRP know-how (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.). You will build efficient processes and high-performing teams to improve supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong PFEP (Plan for Every Part) experience is required.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset.
• Inventory control, material flow and ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and inventory control in a fast-paced setting.
• Drive material flow and optimize warehouse processes across the production cycle.
• Build and coach high-performing teams while implementing best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance.
