RealTruck, Inc. seeks a VP of Mass Channel Sales to lead the strategy for mass market retail, including big-box and club accounts such as Walmart, Costco, Sam’s, Target and Home Depot.

You will define go‑to‑market, select product assortments, establish retailer partnerships, and build a cross‑functional team to drive profitable revenue growth. Reporting to the President – Direct to Consumer and National Accounts, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Procurement, Fulfillment, and Finance

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in sales, with 10+ years in a senior leadership role in mass retail, club or big-box accounts.
• Automotive accessories or powersports channel experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to drive speed and insights.

Aufgaben

• Define and own mass channel strategy, retailer prioritization, and pricing.
• Build and manage senior-level retailer relationships and JBP processes.
• Own end-to-end product launches for mass retail and scalable playbooks.
• Own the mass channel P&L and drive trade spend optimization.
• Lead a cross-functional team and establish channel reporting and dashboards.
