Boogie Team is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience generating qualified U.S. employer leads through Meta Ads for a remote staffing or virtual assistant agency.

This is a hands‑on role focused on building, managing, testing, and improving paid advertising campaigns that bring in real business opportunities.

You will own campaign execution across creative testing, targeting, landing pages, tracking, retargeting, and ongoing optimization. Success in this role will be measured by qualified employer inquiries, booked sales calls, and new clients acquired.

This role requires proven Meta Ads experience specifically within a remote staffing or virtual assistant agency serving U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns targeting U.S. businesses looking for remote staffing or virtual assistant services.
• Test ad creatives, messaging, audiences, offers, and campaign structures to improve lead quality.
• Build and optimize landing pages and lead generation funnels for employer inquiries.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign attribution.
