Job summary

Avala, a cutting-edge Physical AI data infrastructure company, seeks a senior marketing leader to build and drive the brand from the ground up in San Francisco. You will define the narrative, run demand generation programs, and craft technical content that resonates with ML engineers and perception teams.

You will also plan Avala's event presence at CVPR, NeurIPS, and Autonomy conferences, and scale the marketing team from 1 to 4+ in the next year while partnering closely with sales to optimize

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in developer tools, ML, or robotics.
• Experience marketing technical infrastructure products to engineering buyers.
• Track record of building demand generation engines from early stage to scale.
• Strong technical writing ability — explain complex technology clearly.
• Experience with both product-led growth and enterprise sales marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define Avala's brand narrative and positioning in the Physical AI market.
• Build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (content, events, developer marketing).
• Create technical content that resonates with ML engineers and perception teams.
• Plan and execute Avala's presence at industry events (CVPR, NeurIPS, Autonomy conferences).
• Build the marketing team from 1 to 4+ people over the next 12 months. Partner with sales to optimize pipeline and conversions.
