Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a senior marketing leader for a hybrid role based in Ohio with responsibilities spanning strategy, market analysis, and product launches across the US market.

You will drive marketing programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment with USA market requirements. A strong background in healthcare IT and advanced visualization is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years minimum.
• 10+ years combined marketing management, product management and field-based experience in a diagnostic imaging company.
• 10+ years additional Clinical/Research experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, recommend and implement marketing programs and policies to meet objectives and achieve maximum results; ensure success through segmentation, messaging, and positioning.
• Monitor market size, CMSU's potential market share, and program effectiveness; adjust terms and conditions as needed.
• Manage collection and analysis of competitive information; develop marketing strategies to improve market share.
• Oversee development and continuous improvement of sales tools, brochures and videos.
• Performance management including coaching, development, counseling, and corrective action.
• Develop department budget and ensure adherence.
• Lead BU product launches in the US with CINC and global teams; implement voice of the customer feedback through cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with key luminaries to drive BU mind share.
• Identify and implement best practices within the BU team and guide the BU team for market success.
• Communicate tactical and strategic marketing plans across the organization.
• Meet with customers to promote CMSU capabilities and provide data-driven recommendations for future marketing material development.
