• Extensive experience in corporate strategy and enterprise planning.
• Proven ability to partner with CEOs and executive leadership.
• Strong financial, operational, and commercial acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define CMSU's long-term strategic direction and growth agenda.
• Provide executive leadership to prioritize and resource strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Corporate Planning organization (Strategy, PMO, BI, BD, KOL).
• Establish governance and accountability frameworks for disciplined execution.
• Advise the CEO on market trends, risks, investments, and opportunities.
• Champion data-driven decision making and enterprise performance metrics.
• Drive partnerships, investments, acquisitions, and new business opportunities.
• Support KOL engagement to strengthen clinical relevance and market position.
• Align CMSU with Canon's global matrix organization and drive execution.
• Lead change management and cross-functional collaboration.
