Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, business operations, management consulting, or related executive roles.
• 15+ years of healthcare, medical device, diagnostic imaging, healthcare technology, life sciences, or related industry experience.
• Position based in Cleveland, OH area (in office/on-site).
• Location: 6655 Beta Drive Suite 150, Mayfield Village, OH 44143 (in office/on-site role).
• Pay information: Min salary $217,600 to max $375,300 plus bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Strategy Leadership: Partner with the President & CEO and ELT to define CMSU's long-term direction, Mid-Term Plan, priorities, and growth.
• Strategic Execution & Enterprise Performance: Ensure strategic initiatives are prioritized, resourced, governed, and executed to hit objectives.
• Leadership of Corporate Planning Organization: Lead Corporate Strategy, Enterprise PMO, BI & Insights, Business Development, and KOL Strategy.
• Enterprise Governance & Accountability: Establish governance and performance management frameworks for disciplined execution.
• Strategic Advisory to Executive Leadership: Advise CEO on market trends, risks, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Data-Driven Leadership: Champion BI, analytics, and performance metrics to support executive decisions.
