Hill is hiring its first marketing hire to build the function with AI-powered agents. You will own press momentum, manage journalist relationships, and tell the story of Hill’s private markets to households worldwide.

You will run podcasts, stages, events, and content, while shaping social channels and paid sponsorships. The role requires strong writing, external communications, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing at a startup where you did the work yourself.
• AI-native approach using agents to ship research, content, and reports.
• Strong press instinct with journalist relationships and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own press momentum: pitch data, grow relationships, and expand coverage.
• Book podcasts and stages: build lists, craft pitches, close bookings.
• Plan and execute events globally: end‑to‑end, on the ground.
• Create content: research, explainers, and a glossary optimized for search.
• Own social channels and grow an audience for the category.
• Manage paid media and sponsorships with measured results.
• Lead demand and measurement: attribute spend to funded accounts and prune underperformers.
