Hillpointe is hiring a founding Marketing AI Architect to build the next generation of AI-native tools powering our Marketing, Creative, and Centralized Operations teams. This role designs, builds, and deploys internal applications, automations, custom AI agents, and shared context systems that improve the customer journey from first lead through residency.

You will inherit a live portfolio of tools and build net-new systems, working marketer-first.

Formación

• Marketing background or experience in brand/creative roles.
• Proven track record shipping internal tools or automation.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Codex).
• Able to deploy tools and drive adoption across teams.
• Curiosity about new models and capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and ship internal AI tools and dashboards for Marketing, Creative, and Centralized Operations.
• Prototype with Claude Code and Codex to convert natural-language intent into working software.
• Maintain and extend an existing portfolio of internal tools.
• Create reusable components and templates for durable tools.
• Develop shared context layers with brand truths, voice guidelines, product specs, and competitive intelligence.
• Own MTIV and GEO/AEO to ensure AI citations and visibility.
• Build integrations connecting marketing, leasing, and operational systems.
