Job description

Remote - US

Goodwin is seeking an experienced, hands-on marketing leader to develop and execute the growth strategy for our next-generation charter aviation platform. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of launching campaigns, analyzing real-time data, and building a team to scale successful initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build and scale GTM motion: Design and execute initial experiments across paid, earned, and owned channels; develop a repeatable playbook and organizational structure to support growth.
  2. Own positioning & narrative: Develop a compelling story targeting brokers, operators, and the broader charter aviation ecosystem; ensure messaging and assets are consistent and on-brand.
  3. Segment & personalize: Create data-driven persona and lifecycle frameworks; deploy targeted campaigns accordingly.
  4. Partner for revenue impact: Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to convert marketing efforts into booked demos and revenue.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including some successful zero-to-one initiatives.
  2. Ability to perform hands-on tasks such as copywriting, ad launching, and briefing designers, while also delegating and hiring.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of the full marketing funnel: brand, demand generation, product marketing, PR, events, and community engagement.
  4. Strategic mindset focused on metrics, experimentation, and alignment with revenue goals.
  5. Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS marketplaces, or aviation industries.
Total Rewards:

We offer a competitive benefits package including salary, health, vision, dental plans, 401(k) with match, remote work options, and flexible PTO. The salary range is $200,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience.
