Compensation Range : $225,000 - 250,000 per year

We are looking for a dynamic CMO to lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand positioning, drive engagement, and accelerate growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging innovative marketing technologies.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs, driving sustainable growth.
  • Lead data-driven marketing initiatives to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and optimize customer engagement for increased revenue.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring marketing spend is optimized for maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and media outlets to expand market reach and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, professional development, and excellence in execution.
  • Drive brand positioning and differentiation to strengthen market presence, customer loyalty, and competitive advantage.
  • Oversee content creation and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across digital, print, and traditional media.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with a strong focus on growth, performance, and market expansion.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Strong market knowledge, including industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior insights.
  • Expertise in public relations, business development, customer experience strategies, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience mentoring and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams, executives, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :
