Thrivelab was founded by Joshua Host after a serious biking accident revealed the healing potential of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Although physically healed, Joshua faced significant cognitive issues, including difficulty with basic math. Conventional treatments failed to help until he read an article by Harvard Medical School about using BHRT for traumatic brain injuries. Inspired, Joshua became passionate about addressing the widespread hormone imbalance epidemic caused by environmental toxins, stress, diet, and lifestyle. To make hormone therapy personalized, accessible, affordable, and convenient, he founded Thrivelab in 2020.
Since then, Thrivelab has assembled a team of board-certified providers following evidence-based protocols. The company offers innovative hormone and testosterone balancing programs and natural products for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, aiming to alleviate age-related symptoms and restore vitality.
This is a remote position.

The Role: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
We seek a DTC growth hacker experienced in scaling 8- or 9-figure consumer health brands. You excel at reducing CAC, increasing LTV, and creating converting content. You think in funnels, metrics, and messages, leading with both analytical and emotional intelligence. You will shape the brand, define our category, lead customer acquisition, and oversee our performance and creative teams.
Remote Position (U.S.-based preferred, flexible time zones: PST, CST, EST)
Bonus: Experience with AI-generated content, UGC strategies, and insurance-backed models.
