Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Market Access Innovation & Strategy to shape the U.S. access strategy, uniting payer engagement, evidence generation, and patient access design.

You will drive innovative solutions to improve coverage, speed-to-therapy, and the patient/provider experience across regions and accounts. You will lead cross-functional teams to craft payer narratives, manage HEOR projects, and develop novel access programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in U.S. market access, payer strategy, reimbursement, access consulting, payer marketing, healthcare strategy, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Shape market access and utilization management account strategy with internal teams and external payer experts.
• Define payer-facing narrative and engagement strategy with supporting materials.
• Drive HEOR projects and infuse insights into payer engagement.
• Lead development of innovative access solutions and pull-through strategies for regional and custom accounts.
• Partner with KAMs, FRMs, Patient Services, Hub, SPs, and Analytics to translate objectives into access solutions.
• Design scalable approaches to address access barriers and reimbursement challenges.
• Shape patient support and reimbursement programs to optimize access and conversion to therapy.
• Innovate with AI-enabled technologies to reduce prior authorization and appeals burdens.
