Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics in Miami seeks a Director/Senior Director of Payer Marketing to lead U.S. payer value communication strategy and tools, including value propositions, PIE docs, and AMCP dossiers, aligning with cross-functional teams.

You will develop payer-facing materials for pre- and post-launch phases, train payer account teams, and ensure compliance with MLR standards while driving access and market access goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (MBA, MSc, PhD, PharmD or MD).
• At least 5 years in U.S. market access marketing, payer strategy, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading AMCP dossier creation and PIE materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of payer value propositions, PIE content, and AMCP dossiers.
• Create payer-facing resources (FAQs, objections, training guides) and field tools.
• Collaborate with Legal/Regulatory/Medical teams to ensure MLR compliance.
