Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced M&A Vice President for flexible, part-time work, focused on training and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks. You will shape the storyline, executive summaries, and slide structure for client-ready decks with the world’s leading financial firms.

The role offers 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, with an ASAP start date. Compensation is $100 per hour, with opportunities to expand hours as desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience at top firms (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring)
• Develop and polish narrative flow and slide logic to deliver client-ready decks
• Collaborate with senior finance professionals to ensure accuracy and quality of output
