Luxury Rentals Miami Beach (LRMB) is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to accelerate growth of our luxury residential portfolio in Miami and Miami Beach. You will lead a talented BD team, identify premier residences, and build strategic, high-value partnerships with owners, developers, brokers, and wealth advisors.

A polished, relationship-driven leader with a deep luxury market understanding is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development leadership within luxury real estate.
• Ability to build and manage a high-performing BD team.
• Strong network with owners, developers, brokers, and wealth advisors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LRMB’s overall business development strategy.
• Identify and onboard luxury residences throughout Miami and Miami Beach.
• Lead, mentor, and develop LRMB’s business development team.
• Establish KPIs and performance standards for the BD function.
• Cultivate partnerships with owners, developers, brokers, wealth advisors, and family offices.
