Job summary

Rosewood Miramar Beach, a Rosewood Hotel, seeks an extraordinary Director of Outlets – Food & Beverage to be the single point of accountability for The Revere Room and The Manor Bar, responsible for their financials, profitability, and for motivating and leading the teams in each.

You will ensure service excellence, staff development, scheduling, and strict adherence to brand standards and liquor regulations. Salary range is $110,000–$120,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Experience leading teams in luxury hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of financials and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee The Revere Room and The Manor Bar to meet brand standards.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and cost controls.
• Lead scheduling and staff development; ensure compliance with liquor regulations.
