Job summary

Uline in the United States seeks a Director of Logistics and Transportation to shape our network and carrier partnerships across multiple modes. You will own procurement, lead a cross-functional team, and set the long-term direction that supports our expanding distribution network and same-day shipping commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain leadership.
• Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Shape logistics strategy across multiple transportation modes including LTL, parcel, truckload, intermodal, ocean and air.
• Own carrier procurement and contract negotiations to strengthen capacity and optimize costs.
• Use data and market insights to improve performance and reliability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team focused on accountability and excellence.
• Partner with executives to drive enterprise transportation initiatives supporting growth.
