Uline is seeking a Director of Logistics and Transportation at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead the logistics strategy behind one of North America's largest shipping networks, shaping carrier partnerships and the transportation network to support our growing distribution.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of leadership in logistics, plus success in cross-functional initiatives and carrier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in transportation, logistics or supply chain leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and performance.
• Strong analytical skills to drive logistics improvements.

Responsibilities

• Shape logistics strategy across LTL, parcel, truckload, intermodal, ocean and air.
• Own carrier procurement and contract negotiations.
• Use data and market insights to improve performance and cost.
• Lead and develop a high-performing transportation team.
• Partner with executives to shape long-term logistics strategy.
