Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Executive to lead transportation strategy for one of North America’s largest shippers. You will shape the transportation network, guide a corporate logistics team of 50+ professionals, and partner with executive leadership to improve efficiency and carrier partnerships for next-day delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strategic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across North American locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
20+ years of leadership in large-scale logistics.
Experience leveraging data to inform strategy and decisions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic analysis of transportation and data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for one of the country’s largest LTL shipping networks.
Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.
Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
