Truist Financial Corporation's Grandbridge division seeks an executive to lead loan servicing and asset management, ensuring lender compliance and risk controls across Primary, Master, and Asset Servicing operations.

As a member of the Grandbridge Senior Management team, you will set direction, manage a large multi-group function, oversee lender relationships, contract negotiations, and adherence to policies while driving strategic initiatives and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field
• 15 years of experience in CRE, banking, finance or related field
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large group of associates and responsibilities
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Responsabilités

• Set direction and goals for loan servicing and asset management groups
• Define organizational structure and reporting lines and assign responsibilities
• Manage lender servicing relationships
• Negotiate servicing and vendor agreements and evaluate annual needs
• Review and approve compliance reporting and audits
• Oversee policies and procedures administration
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Identify and assess risk within the portfolio
• Contribute to strategic initiatives as part of senior management
• Attract, retain and promote top talent with a focus on diversity
