Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation's Grandbridge division seeks an executive to lead loan servicing and asset management, ensuring lender compliance and risk controls across Primary, Master, and Asset Servicing operations.

As a member of the Grandbridge Senior Management team, you will set direction, manage a large multi-group function, oversee lender relationships, contract negotiations, and adherence to policies while driving strategic initiatives and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field
• 15 years of experience in CRE, banking, finance or related field
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large group of associates and responsibilities
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Job Profile Summary

Lead the loan servicing and asset management functions for Grandbridge, ensuring compliance with lender requirements and industry standards while effectively managing risk. This role provides executive oversight of Asset Management, Primary Servicing, and Master Servicing operations.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 1. Set overall direction and goals, as well as manage results, of the various sub groups that perform loan servicing and asset management functions.
2. 2. Set organizational structure and reporting lines within various functional groups, as well as assign responsibilities for each department.
3. 3. Manage lender servicing relationships.
4. 4. Negotiate lender servicing agreements, vendor agreements and any other agreements as needed to include the evaluation on an annual basis for any additional needs or contraction of services.
5. 5. Provide support and/or directly review and approve compliance reporting, including Uniform Single Attestation Program (USAP), Reg AB, internal audits, lender audits, as well as any lender initiated review of servicing processes.
6. 6. Administration of applicable policies and procedures.
7. 7. Participate in industry related events including industry and lender conferences, working groups, peer groups, task forces, or councils as an official company representative.
8. 8. Identify and assess relative risk within the company’s portfolio to include loan specific, lender specific and industry specific risks.
9. 9. As a member of the Grandbridge Senior Management team, participate in the development of company strategic initiatives.
10. 10. Attract, retain, and promote top talent, with a strong focus on diversity, across Grandbridge and build a robust slate of credible successors for key leadership positions and for opportunities across Truist.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. 2. Fifteen years of experience with commercial real estate, banking, finance or equivalent field
3. 3. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
4. 4. Strong organizational skills
5. 5. Demonstrated ability to manage a large group of associates and responsibilities
6. 6. Strong analytical problem-solving skills
7. 7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
8. 8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
2. 2. Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or comparable industry designations
3. 3. Fifteen years of real estate experience
4. 4. Ten years of mortgage banking experience
5. 5. Ten years of managerial experience
6. 6. Relevant customer service experience
