Job summary

Truist is seeking a professional to perform and supervise commercial/multifamily real estate closings for Grandbridge in the United States. You will handle due diligence, insurance reviews, borrower organizational reviews, and loan document modifications while coordinating with underwriting and servicing teams.

Ideal candidates have a JD or a strong bachelor’s with 3+ years of closings experience, proven writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and strong academic record.
• Three years of experience in commercial/multifamily real estate closings (or two years with JD).
• Ability to train closing staff in related responsibilities.
• Strong communication and writing skills and proficiency with office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform closing functions for Grandbridge and assist other departments as requested.
• Train closing staff and oversee due diligence, insurance review, and loan document review.
• Support loan funding submissions, deliveries, and servicing handoffs; assist in structuring loans.
