Job summary

Spotlight Events, Inc. in Idaho seeks a Director of Production to oversee all event production, including AV, staging, media, logistics, and personnel across 90+ venues nationwide.

You will lead Technical, Media, and Production teams to ensure consistency, high show quality, and scalable systems that support growth and innovation, while mentoring staff and driving safety and efficiency. This role requires travel to regional and national events and a hands-on leader with a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Production or related field.
• Technical certification or equivalent field experience.
• Touring experience with large-scale live events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of Production departments (Technical, Media, Logistics, Event Production).
• Direct supervise Production Manager, Supervisors, and supporting Production Team.
• Design and lead production strategies for scalable and consistent event execution across 90+ venues.
