Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in the Home & Garden division based in St. Louis, MO.

The role requires hands-on leadership of liquid and aerosol production processes and collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to maximize equipment reliability and product quality. Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing experience, including significant experience in liquid and aerosol manufacturing operations.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing production teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop production employees to build technical capability and engagement.
• Lead daily production operations with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot liquid and aerosol filling lines.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to minimize downtime through preventive maintenance and improvements.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
