Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing experience, including liquid and aerosol operations.
• 1-2 years supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop production employees to build technical capability and performance.
• Lead daily production operations ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot production/equipment issues involving liquid filling, aerosol filling, and related systems.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Lead line changeovers, start-ups, and ensure GMP/quality compliance.
