Job summary

Spectrum Brands Home & Garden division in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a liquid and aerosol manufacturing team. You will coach staff, ensure safe, compliant operations, and partner with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to maximize reliability and productivity.

You will foster ownership, accountability, and teamwork while driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of manufacturing experience in liquid and aerosol operations.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience leading production teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to build capability and engagement.
• Lead daily production operations with safety, quality, productivity, and customer service in mind.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues with operators and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to minimize downtime and drive improvements.
• Audit and enforce GMP, safety, and environmental compliance.
