Job summary

Getinge is seeking a senior leader to head Life Science strategy, M&A and strategic marketing, shaping organic and inorganic growth across Europe and the US. You will partner with senior executives to turn market insights into growth opportunities and value creation.

You will drive multi-year plans, lead due diligence and integration, and ensure ROI on major investments while collaborating with global teams and external advisors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, M&A or related business development roles.
• Strong financial modeling, business case and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business development, M&A and strategic marketing agenda for Life Science with senior leaders.
• Contribute to the 3–5 year Life Science strategy and growth priorities using market insights.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize acquisitions, partnerships and other growth opportunities; manage the M&A & partnership pipeline.
• Prepare business cases, valuations and decision materials for Life Science Management Team, Group Management and the Board.
• Lead due diligence and integration planning with Group M&A, Legal, Finance and external advisors; track ROI on major investments.
• Represent Life Science externally with selected targets, partners, advisors and industry stakeholders.
