Job summary

Sunward is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Lending Product Owner and Lending Data Analyst, directing the catalog, roadmap, analytics deliverables, and compliance with federal and state requirements. You will align resources, coach staff, and improve processes to deliver high-quality member experiences while meeting Credit Union policies.

Engage with peers and external partners to support departmental objectives, manage risks, and drive performance.

Qualifications

Minimum six years of relevant experience in lending, product management, analytics, operations, or related financial services.
Minimum three years of supervisory experience managing workflow, performance, and people.
Proven experience as a product leader driving growth, process improvements, compliance, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Lending Product Owner and Lending Data Analyst, setting performance expectations and coaching staff.
Oversee lending product catalog and roadmap; ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
Monitor KPIs, resource allocation, and process improvements to meet department goals.
Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners on cross-functional initiatives.
Escalate operational or compliance issues and drive timely resolutions.
Foster accountability, professional development, and a culture of integrity.
