Job summary

Sunward is seeking a senior leader to oversee lending product management and data analytics functions. You will guide the Lending Product Owner and Lending Data Analyst, ensure the product catalog and roadmap align with Sunward’s strategy, and drive performance across regulatory compliance and member experience.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes, governance, and outcomes in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of relevant experience in lending, product management, analytics, or related financial services.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience managing workflow, performance, product deliverables, projects, and people.
• Proven experience as a product leader driving growth, process improvement, compliance, and innovation in lending portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Lending Product Owner and Lending Data Analyst; set performance expectations and coach staff.
• Oversee delivery of lending product roadmap, catalog, rates, fees, and competitive positioning.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, internal controls, and Credit Union policies.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and team capacity to inform staffing and process improvements.
• Coordinate with peers and external partners to align initiatives with Sunward’s goals.
