Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the consumer loan lending department.
• Back up lenders by originating, reviewing, and evaluating loan applications.
• Lead staff to achieve department goals across direct/indirect/HELOC production.
• Ensure compliance with lending laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement lending policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor workloads for timely and accurate processing of applications.
• Evaluate/new loan products and pricing/promotional strategies.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners to service members efficiently.
• Manage risks related to loan delivery and service value.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
