Job summary

Towne Insurance is hiring a Director of Learning and Development to design, implement, and manage training and professional development programs that boost employee skills, engagement, and career growth.

The role partners with senior leadership, HR, and SMEs to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and business needs, while ensuring compliance with AML/BSA and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, education, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and leading training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage training and professional development programs.
• Partner with senior leadership, HR, and SMEs to align initiatives with goals.
• Create and coordinate training sessions and internal staff development.
• Develop tools, resources, and guidelines for effective delivery.
• Oversee technical training and procedures for M&A actions.
• Design career development plans aligned with objectives.
• Direct quality control and training team in updated methods.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
