Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Director of Talent Development to provide strategic leadership for enterprise learning, leadership development, and change management.

Partner with executive leadership and HR to build capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive succession planning for business growth and Team Member success. You will champion company values and embed them into leadership expectations, talent processes, and learning experiences that support organizational change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or related HR disciplines, including leadership.
• Experience building enterprise leadership development programs and succession planning.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and partner with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise talent development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design and continuous improvement of leadership programs for Officers, Directors, and emerging leaders.
• Oversee performance management philosophy and processes with coaching and feedback.
• Lead annual talent review and succession planning with HR partners and executives.
• Develop talent analytics to identify gaps and measure program impact.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Lead organizational change management efforts and leadership workshops.
• Consult with executives on capability, team dynamics, and readiness to drive performance.
