Mariani Landscape is seeking a Commercial General Manager to lead a branch, drive sales, service, and operational excellence with full P&L responsibility. You will align sales, operations, and client service to meet company goals across our landscape maintenance services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in landscape maintenance and sales, with at least 5 years in leadership. Expect accountability, strategic planning, and staff development within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Landscape Maintenance and Maintenance Sales.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Landscape industry.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to lead people and get results through others, often acting as a mentor for team members.
• Ability to develop budgets and understand and interpret financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch to support profitable sales, quality workmanship, and high retention.
• Maintain budgeted gross profit percentage on all accounts.
• Manage and participate in department sales and production budgets.
• Provide leadership for associate relations through effective communication with subordinate staff and management.
• Determine Branch headcount in accordance with business demand and season cycles.
• Lead the orientation and training of new team members.
