Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience within an Attorney Hiring Team or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement summer program recruiting in partnership with office leadership.
• Lead entry-level and non-partner lateral attorney hiring efforts.
• Collaborate with Hiring Partners to facilitate hiring committees and campus engagement.
• Manage the Attorney Hiring budget for Washington, DC and Chicago offices.
• Represent the firm in diversity and inclusion initiatives and industry groups.
