Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Oceanside, California site across flexographic and digital printing, finishing, and supporting functions. You will drive daily execution, safety, quality, and cost while developing front-line leaders and building an accountable culture.

The role requires 8+ years of manufacturing operations leadership, strong planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer commitments and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience leading multiple supervisors across departments and shifts.
• Proven ability to improve operations through daily management and standard work.
• Strong production planning and capacity-management judgment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing financials, budgets, and cost control.
• Clear communication and accountability; coaching when needed.
• Experience with ERP/MIS systems and data-driven action.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across printing, finishing, purchasing, shipping and facilities.
• Establish a daily-management cadence with metrics like OTIF, throughput, and safety.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Develop front-line leaders, succession, and cross-training.
• Own operating budgets, capacity plans, and capital proposals.
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, Finance, HR, IT and other departments.
