• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Lead.
• Proficiency in operating various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required; a degree in a technical, engineering, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to employees.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules.
• Provide coaching, technical leadership, and training in areas such as press setup/operation, testing and tooling, troubleshooting, machine metrics reporting, changeover processes, safety procedures, record keeping.
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Conduct first article quality control checks to confirm printed and finished products meet job-ticket specifications.
• Prepare and submit performance and progress reports as required.
• Identify and address inefficiencies, recommending process improvements.
• Enforce safety guidelines and uphold company values and standards.
• Promote accurate job costing by fostering a culture of precise time and material tracking for each job-ticket.
• Exhibit strong leadership and supervisory skills, including training and developing teammates for higher responsibilities.
