Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group's West Coast facility in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Planning, Materials & Continuous Improvement Manager to align customer demand with manufacturing capacity and material availability. You will lead production planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, quality systems support, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in production planning, scheduling, purchasing, or related manufacturing functions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and material flow.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand and capacity.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and material flow to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Sales to balance demand and supply.
