Job summary

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner to help clinicians reduce administrative burden and improve patient care. We’re looking for someone to define the approach and strategy for your pod—whether it covers distribution, engagement, monetisation, or first-time experience—and to map Heidi’s future state and remove obstacles to that vision.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously, using data and experimentation to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Ability to form considered hypotheses in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent design thinking with nuance in user experience.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define the pod’s approach and strategy (Distribution, Engagement, Monetisation, or First Time Experience).
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously.
• Develop a clear understanding of Heidi’s future state and identify obstacles to realization.
