Job summary

Fabric is seeking an AI Web & Content Growth Manager to scale content production and web operations for a direct-to-consumer healthcare site. You’ll own the content production engine, configure prompts and templates, and ensure quality and compliance before live publishing.

You will bridge automation tools with SEO and GEO requirements, support cross-functional teams, and manage vendor relationships to drive scale and governance across medical, legal, and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, or content operations for a large-scale website.
• Direct experience with AI content generation and automation platforms (AirOps or similar).
• Hands-on HubSpot CMS experience with building and training others.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Proven SEO knowledge to translate recommendations into scalable rules and templates.
• Strong vendor communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and operate the AI-native content pipeline end-to-end using platforms like AirOps.
• Administer the HubSpot CMS, building landing pages, templates, and modules for automation.
• Develop on-page optimization by translating metadata and structured-data requirements into automation rules.
• Lead platform migration work including audits, URL mapping, redirects, and QA.
• Manage vendor relationships with AI content platforms and supporting web services.
• Review, edit, and approve AI-generated drafts for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate medical and legal reviews to ensure HIPAA and advertising standards.
• Monitor site traffic, engagement, and conversion with GA4 and Search Console.
