Job summary

Jobot, based in Atlanta, seeks an IT Manager to oversee technology operations, security, and policy execution aligned with business goals. You will lead cross-functional IT teams to deliver secure, scalable mortgage technology solutions.

You will manage budgets, vendor relations, and project delivery while ensuring GLBA and FTC Safeguards compliance. Experience with LOS and MeridianLink is valued, along with 365, Entra ID, and Azure AD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or related field.
• 2+ years in IT management, preferably in mortgage.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS, MeridianLink and mortgage systems.
• Strong knowledge of GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule.
• Certifications: SC-300, Azure, CISSP, CISM, ITIL.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with strategic focus.
• Ability to manage, prioritize tasks and solve problems.
• Strong project management and ability to explain complex concepts.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
• Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians, and other professionals to provide guidance.
• Control budget and report on expenditure.
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
• Ensure compliance with GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule.
• Develop and implement disaster and emergency recovery plans.
• Support the use of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS, MeridianLink, and mortgage systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the mortgage industry.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS, MeridianLink, and mortgage systems.
• Strong understanding of GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule.
• Certifications in Microsoft SC-300, Azure, CISSP, CISM, and ITIL are required.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an IT vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the business strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, with a strong focus on strategic objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop appropriate solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
