Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure & End User Services to lead the strategic vision, design, and management of the firm's core infrastructure and end-user services in a hybrid Cleveland environment. You will own data center, cloud, network, security, and service operations, build multi-year roadmaps, and mentor two teams.

This role requires enterprise IT leadership in a professional services setting, strong governance, ITIL/ITSM, and collaboration with Security and Applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field required (Master's preferred).
• 8–10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments; law firm or professional services exposure preferred.
• Proven track record in IT service management practices and improving support outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a multi-year infrastructure and end-user services roadmap aligned with organizational priorities, growth, and risk posture.
• Leads enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology outcomes (availability, performance, security, user experience, and cost effectiveness).
• Partners with the CIO and IT leadership to advance modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, platform standardization and security, automation, and ITIL/ITSM-aligned.
• Establishes and enforces governance, policies, procedures, and standards for infrastructure, endpoint computing, and service operations.
• Owns the design, implementation, and operational management of core infrastructure services, including data centers, cloud platforms and hybrid connectivity.
