Job summary

Mythic is seeking a Director of IT & DevOps to own and modernize the end-to-end corporate IT, DevOps, and computing environments across four global sites. You will lead identity, endpoints, applications, data center operations, and CI/CD for EDA and software teams, setting strategy and operating cadence.

You will build a unified SaaS inventory, enforce access controls, and drive security, compliance, and spend reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT and/or infrastructure engineering with leadership responsibilities.
Hands-on administration of modern SaaS stacks including identity, collaboration, and security tooling.
Experience scaling IT & DevOps across multiple sites and regions.

Responsibilities

Own corporate IT and DevOps across four sites, leading a team for helpdesk, identity, endpoints, apps, networking, datacenter, and CI/CD infra.
Own the application estate from identity to collaboration, business systems, and AI tooling.
Build and manage inventory, renewal calendars, ownership, vendor risk, and spend reporting.
Lead identity, access, and lifecycle automation across systems like Rippling and Okta.
Oversee endpoint management, device imaging, encryption, and asset tracking.
Run IT service management with SLAs and a structured project lifecycle.
Manage security/compliance program including SIEM, patching, audits, and data protection.
Oversee Austin datacenter, EDA compute, licenses, and vendor relationships.
