Job summary

Mythics is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Applications Support Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across a globally distributed federal environment. This role oversees infrastructure, systems, databases, network operations, and Tier II/III application support to ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
12+ years of work experience with 7+ years in project or program management.
7+ years managing infrastructure, systems, database, and network operations.
5+ years with Oracle and MS SQL Server environments.
Experience leading Tier II/III support teams in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure and operations across systems, databases, networks, and applications.
Oversee Tier II and III support ensuring SLA adherence and rapid incident resolution.
Manage global data centers, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
Direct database operations (Oracle, MS SQL Server) and application support services.
Oversee network operations including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and firewalls.
