The candidate will guide digital transformation, manage vendors and budgets, and lead governance of AI initiatives while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL) valued, not required.
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, including 5+ years in a senior executive role.

Responsibilities

• Define the IT vision and align technology with corporate strategy.
• Oversee IT operations, cloud architecture, and reliability across the org.
• Govern OT/ICS/SCADA systems aligned with enterprise IT.
• Set cybersecurity policy, governance, and risk management.
• Develop data strategy ensuring accessibility and decision-useful insights.
• Lead digital transformation to improve stakeholder experience.
• Manage vendors and IT budgets, balancing cost and value.
• Govern responsible AI adoption and emerging tech.
