Job summary

CPI Security, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Head of Information Technology to lead the company’s technology strategy and execution at the executive level. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth, security, and innovation across all platforms.

You will oversee Cybersecurity, Software & Salesforce Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML, architecture governance, and cloud/on-prem infrastructures, while steering budget, vendors, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems required; Master's preferred.
• Extensive executive-level IT leadership experience with the CEO and leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead Cybersecurity, IT Operations, Software Engineering, BI/Data Analytics and Cloud/On-Prem infrastructure.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and build vs buy decisions.
• Drive digital transformations to enhance customer experience and operational scalability.
